As a point guard on the Pride basketball team, Diane scored 1,061 points, and added 538 assists and 216 steals in her career. She ranks third in career assists, eighth in steals and 22nd in points. She led the team in assists in each of her four seasons, and was the leading three-point shooter in 1993-94 and 1994-95.

During her four seasons on the field hockey team, Diane scored 18 goals and added 18 assists. Her assist total ranks 10th all-time.

As a member of the softball program, Diane was a part of NCAA Tournament teams in 1993 and 1995, and an ECAC Championship team in 1993. She batted .345 with 184 hits, 98 runs, 55 RBIs and 23 doubles during her career. She led the team in batting in 1995, posting a .393 average with a team and conference-best 68 hits. A two-time All-Mid-Atlantic Region selection, Diane was twice named Hofstra’s Outstanding Female Athlete during her tenure in Hempstead.

Following graduation with a degree in psychology, Diane spent four years at Stony Brook University as both head softball coach and assistant to the athletic director. She left Stony Brook to become National Account Manager for CyberSports, Inc., in New Hartford, New York.

Diane then served as assistant to the head coach of the University of Illinois women’s basketball program before moving on to a role with US Junior National Girls Basketball.
