Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra University baseball team wraps up its home schedule this weekend as Monmouth visits University Field for a three-game CAA series beginning Friday at 2 p.m. The series continues Saturday at 1 p.m. and concludes Sunday at 12 p.m. All three games will be streamed on FloCollege with live statistics also available.

Prior to Saturday's game, Hofstra will celebrate its seven graduating seniors - Jackson Bauer, Danny Corona, Tyler Cox, JJ DeVito, Sean Hamilton, Russell Hunter, and Carlos Martinez - in a pregame ceremony starting at 12:40 p.m.

The Pride enters the weekend 17-24 overall and 11-13 in CAA play. Hofstra is looking to gain ground in the CAA North Division standings to claim one of the two automatic berths to the CAA Championship. The Pride is also in contention for one of the two at-large spots, which is determined by the RPI at the conclusion of the regular season. The Pride is coming off a series win over Towson. Carlos Martinez and Nick Reese both turned in quality starts against the Tigers with Reese notching a shutout in the Pride's 8-0 win on Sunday.

Monmouth comes into the series with a 25-19 record overall and a 16-8 mark in the CAA. The Hawks are currently in second place in the CAA North and are coming off a 1-2 weekend at Northeastern.

The Pride and Hawks met earlier this season in West Long Branch, New Jersey, with Monmouth posting a 2-1 series win.

Following the series, the Pride is scheduled to play at Fordham on Tuesday, May 12, before wrapping up the regular season with a series at Stony Brook beginning Thursday, May 14.
