Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's lacrosse team will host Delaware on Saturday in the second game of a Pride lacrosse doubleheader.
Opening face-off from James M. Shuart Stadium is scheduled for 3 p.m.

Hofstra is 2-6 this season overall and 0-1 in Colonial Athletic Association action and most recently dropped a close one-goal, 12-11, contest to Fairfield on Saturday.
Matt Elder led the Pride with five points on one goal and four assists, while
Justin Sykes had a hat trick and
John Madsen added two goals and an assist in the game.
Delaware is 5-3 and 1-0 in the league this year. The Blue Hens lost a 12-10 decision at nationally-ranked Johns Hopkins on Sunday in their most recent game. Tye Kurtz had seven points on five goals and two assists for Delaware in that game.
Hofstra is 32-15 all-time against Delaware in a series that began in 1951. Each of the last three games in the series have been decided by one goal, including last season's 12-11 Pride win. Four of the last five encounters between the teams have been one-goal games.
