Hempstead, NY – The Hofstra women's basketball team returns to the hardwood this Friday, February 17, with a Colonial Athletic Association match-up with Delaware.
The game will serve as Hofstra's Pride Night/Equity & Inclusion Game.
Tip-off from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tickets are available by visiting HofstraTickets.com, calling (516) HOF-TIXX, or by stopping by the Hofstra Athletics Ticket Office in the lobby of the Mack Sports Complex during normal business hours.

Hofstra slipped to 9-14 overall and 3-9 in the CAA with a 70-60 defeat by Stony Brook on Sunday, February 12.
Zyheima Swint led Hofstra with 18 points, while
Emma Von Essen scored 14, and
Sorelle Ineza added 11.
Delaware dropped its most recent game against Charleston this past Sunday, putting them at 13-10 overall and 6-6 in the CAA. Klarke Sconiers leads the Fightin' Blue Hens in scoring with 11.9 points per game.
Friday will be the 82nd all-time meeting on the basketball court between Hofstra and Delaware, with Delaware holding a 69-12 record over the Pride. Both teams opened their CAA schedules against one another on December 30, 2022, in Newark, Delaware, and Delaware topped Hofstra by a score of 77-65.
