Boston, Mass. – Hofstra Women's Basketball will close its regular-season schedule at Northeastern at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

The game will be available via live stats and Pride Productions live video (via Northeastern) and audio through the Hofstra portal. The audio-only broadcast will also be available on WRHU.org, the WRHU app and on 88.7 FM in Hempstead and the surrounding areas.

With the Colonial Athletic Tournament beginning next week, the Pride (12-16, 5-12 CAA) can finish seeded anywhere between No. 7 and No. 10. Hofstra can take the seventh seed with a win and Towson and Charleston losses.

The Pride closed its home schedule with a win on Sunday, topping third-place Drexel, 58-53, on Senior Day. Junior Ashunae Durant went 10-for-12 from the field to lead the team with 25 points, her ninth performance this season with 20-plus points and her third with at least 25, earning CAA Player of the Week honors for her efforts. Seniors Krystal Luciano and Sydni Epps closed their careers at the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex on a high note; Luciano contributed 12 points and seven assists while Epps chipped in 11 rebounds. Luciano is now just 11 points away from joining Durant in the 1,000 career points club.

Hofstra and Northeastern last met on Jan. 2, the first day of conference play, with the Huskies taking a 53-51 overtime win in Hempstead to even the all-time series at 20 wins apiece. Northeastern (11-18, 7-10 CAA) had a four-game win streak snapped on Sunday, falling to UNCW, 68-63, on the road. Francesca Sally leads the team in points per game (13.1) and rebounds (8.6).

As a team, the Huskies average 6.6 three-pointers per game, second-best in the CAA. The team averages 59.0 points per game and shoots 36.3 percent from the field.

The Pride will head to the CAA Tournament hosted by James Madison in Harrisonburg, Virginia, beginning with opening round games on Wednesday.
