Philadelphia, Pa. and Williamsburg, Va. – The Hofstra Men's Soccer team will play a pair of road games against Colonial Athletic Association opponents this week, heading to Drexel for a 7 p.m. contest on Wednesday before playing at William & Mary at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

The Pride (2-4-6, 1-0-4 CAA) earned its first conference win of the season on Saturday, topping Delaware, 1-0, on
Oscar Ramsay's first career goal. The win was also Hofstra's fourth shutout of the season, with the Pride allowing the Blue Hens just one shot on goal.
The Dragons (2-7-1, 1-2-1 CAA) enter the week in seventh in the conference. Drexel's CAA win was a 2-1 overtime victory over Northeastern, and the Dragons also played to a scoreless draw with preseason favorite William & Mary. Sebastian Cabral leads the team with three goals.
Hofstra is unbeaten in its past five meetings with Drexel, though the Dragons lead the series, 22-16-9.
The preseason-favorite Tribe (5-4-3, 1-2-2 CAA) picked up a 4-1 win against Northeastern last weekend, its first CAA victory. William & Mary enters the week in sixth in the league standings after playing to draws with Delaware and Drexel and falling to UNCW and James Madison. CAA Preseason Player of the Year leads the team with five goals and 14 points.
The Tribe knocked Hofstra out of the CAA Tournament in the semifinals last season and lead the all-time series with the Pride, 10-7-3.
After this road swing, Hofstra will have a week off before hosting UNCW at 7 p.m. on Oct. 21.
