Hempstead, N.Y. – The Hofstra Men's Soccer team will close the regular season on Tuesday, hosting Brown for Senior Night at 7 p.m. at Hofstra Soccer Stadium.
The Pride will honor its seven seniors and their commitment to the Hofstra Men's Soccer program in a special pregame ceremony. All kids wearing a Halloween costume will receive a free ticket, and a special prize will be given to a costume contest winner!

The Bears (8-4-2, 2-2-1 Ivy League) are coming off a pair of wins over UMass Lowell and Ivy League foe Penn. Brown topped the Quakers, 2-1, in overtime on Saturday. The Bears started the season with four straights wins, topping Bryant, Quinnipiac, Holy Cross and Tulsa.
Toby Howell leads the team with 12 points on five goals and two assists. In goal, Joey Cippichio has five shutouts on the season, touting a 0.81 goals-against average.
Hofstra and Brown have met just four times before. The Bears took the first two games, before the teams played to a draw in 2010. The Pride then picked up a 2-1 double-overtime win in 2013.
With CAA play wrapping up over the weekend, No. 4-seed Hofstra learned it will host fifth-seeded William & Mary in a CAA Championships Quarterfinal at 7 p.m. on Nov. 4 at Hofstra Soccer Stadium.
