Towson, Md. – Hofstra Women's Basketball will be looking to snap a three-game losing streak when the Pride heads to Towson for a 7 p.m. game on Friday at SECU Arena.

The Pride (7-6, 0-2 Colonial Athletic Association) played just one game last weekend, falling to James Madison, 93-57, on the road before having its matchup with William & Mary originally slated for Sunday postponed.

Ashunae Durant picked up her eighth double-double of the season in the loss to the Dukes, finishing with 10 rebounds and 16 points, going 12-for-14 from the free-throw line. Senior
Sandra Dongmo also recorded a double-double, her second of the season, with 10 points and 12 rebounds, including nine offensive boards.
Durant continues to lead the conference in rebounding and ranks 17th nationally in rebounds per game, as well as fourth in offensive boards per contest. Senior
Krystal Luciano is averaging 6.0 assists per game, good for first in the conference and 24th nationally.
Towson (8-6, 1-2 CAA) is also coming off a game against JMU, but the Tigers emerged victorious on their home court, 54-51. Raven Bankston leads the team in scoring with 17.5 points per game, which ranks her third in the conference. She also tops the squad with 3.4 steals per contest.
The Pride holds a slight advantage in the all-time series with the Tigers, 32-30, including sweeping the season series last year. The last time the teams met, Hofstra took a 74-56 win in Towson. Luciano picked up eight assists in the victory.
