Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's lacrosse team will head east on Friday when the Pride takes on CAA and Long Island rival Stony Brook.

Opening draw control from LaValle Stadium is set for 6:31 p.m.

The game will air on FloCollege and WRHU will have an audio-only broadcast available on the HAWC. Links to both, as well as the live statistics, can be found on this page and on the women's lacrosse schedule on GoHofstra.com.

Hofstra moved to 9-5 overall and a perfect 5-0 in CAA action with a 22-11 rout of Monmouth on Saturday. The game was tied at eight at the half, but the Pride exploded for 10 goals in the third quarter to break the game open en route to the 11-goal victory. Nikki Mennella had another masterpiece with 11 points on seven goals and four assists, while Natalie DeMeo posted a career-best six points on two goals and four assists in the contest. Madeleine Rudolph was instrumental in the win with a CAA individual high and career-high 13 draw controls. The Pride has won four consecutive games.

Stony Brook is 12-2 overall and also has an unblemished 5-0 conference record. The Seawolves, who will play Arizona State on Wednesday evening, are coming off an 18-9 win over William & Mary on Sunday. Isabella Caporuscio led SBU with seven points on three goals and four assists, while Haydin Eisfeld had five goals and Jeilinne Bonilla added four.
