Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's lacrosse team will look to continue its winning formula when it hosts Monmouth this Saturday. Prior to the game, Hofstra Athletics will retire Alyssa Parrella's #7 jersey.
It will also serve as the program's alumni day.
The opening draw control from James M. Shuart Stadium is scheduled for 12 p.m.

Hofstra moved to 8-5 overall and a perfect 4-0 in CAA play with a 14-13 win over Drexel this past Saturday. The victory was Hofstra's third straight and fifth in their last six games.
Nikki Mennella led the way with six goals, including the final two to help the Pride rally from a late deficit.
Kayleigh Bender added five points on three goals and two assists, while
Charli Joyce chipped in with four points on three goals and an assist.
Monmouth will bring an 8-5 overall record and a 1-3 CAA mark into Saturday's game. The Hawks most recently earned a 17-12 win over Campbell last weekend. Lauren Rismani had a goal and eight assists in the contest, while Grace Curtin added six points on four goals and two assists.
Saturday will be the fourth all-time meeting between Hofstra and Monmouth, with the Pride leading the series 2-1. The Pride has won each of the last two meetings, including a 15-14 road win a season ago.
