Michael Brown has been named the CAA Baseball Co-Player of the Week. He shares the award with Campbell's Trent Rumley.
Brown batted .444 (8-18) with 6 runs scored and 8 RBIs in the Pride's four games last week. He had two hits in each of the games and drove in multiple runs in three of them. He was 2-4 with 3 RBIs, including a walk-off single, in a 5-4 win over Northeastern on Friday. Brown was 2-4 and scored 3 runs on Saturday and finished the week 2-5 with two RBIs on Sunday as the Pride gave Northeastern its first CAA series loss since 2024. He started the week with a 2-5 game at Villanova with a double, 2 runs, and 2 RBIs.
In 18 games this season, Brown leads the Pride with a .361 average. He has added 4 doubles, 2 home runs, 23 runs, and 19 RBIs.
