Camels Visit Pride On Senior Day; Game To Air On MSGSN

Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's lacrosse team will host Campbell on Saturday as the Pride returns to its CAA slate. Prior to the game, the program will honor its nine seniors in a pregame ceremony. The game will be televised by MSGSN. 

Opening draw control from James M. Shuart Stadium is scheduled for 12 p.m. 

Seniors being honored pregame include: Megan Carroll, Zoe Faraone, Megan Flannery, Brynn Hepting, Kyndall Jackson, Niki Mormile, Angelina Sparacio, Emily Weigand, and Julia West.

Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex during normal business hours. There will be a giveaway of Dead Bounce Lacrosse Balls for the first 50 youth lacrosse players in attendance and signed lacrosse balls from the Hofstra players!

The game will air on MSGSN, FloCollege and WRHU will have an audio-only broadcast available. Links to the broadcasts, as well as the live statistics, can be found on this page and on the women's lacrosse schedule page on GoHofstra.com.

Hofstra is 6-5 overall and 1-2 in CAA play and most recently dropped an 18-12 decision to Connecticut in its final non-conference game of the season this past Saturday. Nikki Mennella posted eight points on six goals and two assists in the game, while Kristen Redding added two goals and one assist and Megan Flannery chipped in with two goals. 

Campbell brings a 3-8 overall record and a 1-3 CAA mark into this weekend's contest. The Camels most recently suffered a 13-10 loss at Elon on Saturday. Joslin Hanbury had six points on five goals and one assist, while Sam Bischoff posted five goals for Campbell. 

This will be only the second-ever meeting between the programs with Hofstra earning a 13-10 win over Campbell on March 16, 2024 in the only previous encounter. The Pride rallied from a 4-2 deficit after the first quarter to earn the victory.
