Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's lacrosse team will return home for the first time since March 18 when the Pride entertains Drexel in a CAA contest.
The opening draw control from James M. Shuart Stadium is scheduled for 12 p.m.

The game is part of a doubleheader with the Pride men's lacrosse team, which will host Fairfield at 3:30 p.m. There will also be postgame autographs with members of the Pride team! One ticket is good for both games.

Hofstra is 7-5 overall and a perfect 3-0 in CAA play. The Pride is coming off a pair of road wins in conference play with the most recent being a 13-10 win over Towson this past Saturday.
Nikki Mennella led the way with eight points on six goals and two assists, while
Kayleigh Bender (2 G, 2 A) and
Natalie DeMeo (1 G, 3 A) each had four points.
Luchianna Cardello made 10 saves in net, including four in the fourth quarter.
Drexel is 4-7 and 1-2 in conference action. The Dragons dropped a 17-8 decision to Georgetown on Wednesday. Bea Buckley had four assists in the game, while Annie Madden posted three goals for Drexel.
Hofstra is 28-16 all-time against Drexel. Last season's game was a narrow 11-10 win by the then-#23 Dragons down in Philadelphia.
