Hempstead, NY - Hofstra junior Anthony Mollica was named the CAA Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced by the conference office this afternoon. 

Mollica, who shared the honor with Mikey Weisshaar of Towson, previously earned the award on February 3. 

Mollica had a career day for the Pride as he helped the team to an enormous 17-10 home victory over Delaware on Saturday. 

Mollica poured in a career-high seven points on two goals and a career-high five assists in the contest. The five assists are the most for a Pride player since Gerard Kane had five against Providence on March 26, 2022. 

Mollica crossed the five-point plateau in a game for the second time in his career. 

Mollica's previous career-high in points was six against Iona earlier this season and he previously tallied a career-best three assists against Binghamton on March 1 of this season.
