Gus Langtry was named the CAA Co-Rookie of the Year to highlight a group of three Pride student-athletes who earned conference honors, it was announced today.
In addition to the Rookie of the Year award, Langtry was also named to the CAA All-Rookie Team.
Trevor Natalie earned All-CAA First Team honors, while
Austin Clarke garnered All-CAA Second Team recognition.
Langtry is Hofstra's first CAA Rookie of the Year honoree since Ryan Tierney in 2017. Overall, he is the sixth Hofstra player to earn the league's Rookie of the Year award since the Pride joined the CAA in 2002.
Natalie earned first team honors after tallying 34 points on 28 goals and six assists this season, while adding 16 ground balls. He recorded five hat tricks in 2026 and ranks 10th in the CAA in goals per game. Natalie led Hofstra in goals, ranked fourth in assists, and was second in points.
Clarke started all 14 games for the Pride this season and posted 31 ground balls and 18 caused turnovers. He ranked fourth on the team in ground balls and second in caused turnovers, while also adding three assists.
Langtry had a strong rookie campaign, totaling 29 points on 20 goals and nine assists. He also collected 21 ground balls and ranked second on the team in goals and assists, and third in points. Langtry earned a pair of CAA Rookie of the Week honors this season.
