Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's lacrosse team will host Delaware on Saturday in a key CAA contest. The game will be the final regular season meeting between the Pride and the Blue Hens as conference rivals as Delaware is departing the CAA following this season.
Opening face-off from James M. Shuart Stadium is scheduled for 12 p.m. The contest is part of a doubleheader with the Hofstra women's lacrosse team, which hosts Connecticut at 3 p.m.

The first 100 youth fans in attendance will receive free Hofstra Pride lacrosse end caps/butt ends! In addition, the Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund will be on site and will have giveaways, including 50 hats for the first 50 fans. The Hofstra team will also be warming up in Lead The Way t-shirts. There will also be a brand-new lacrosse stick giveaway, courtesy of Lacrosse Unlimited!

Hofstra is 6-2 overall and 2-0 in CAA play and most recently went on the road and earned a 15-9 win over Monmouth this past Saturday.
Trevor Natalie tallied five points on three goals and two assists in the win, while
Trey Parkes (2 G, 2 A) and
John Madsen (3 G, 1 A) each added four points for the Pride.
Shea Kennedy was strong in net with 15 saves for Hofstra.
Delaware is 5-3 and 1-1 in the league and won 18-3 at home against Hampton last Saturday. Hank D'Ambrogi had five points on four goals and one assist, while John McCurry had three goals for the Blue Hens.
Hofstra is 32-17 all-time against Delaware in men's lacrosse. The teams have split the last four meetings with the Blue Hens winning the last two but the Pride winning the two prior to that. Hofstra has won nine of the last 14 meetings dating back to the 2012 season.
