New York, NY - Hofstra's men's track & field team finished up competition at the 2024 Coastal Athletic Association Indoor Track & Field Championship Friday afternoon. The championship was held at The Armory in New York, New York. 

Jamie Cartnal represented the Pride in the 3000m race, and Cartnal finished with a time of 9:11.89.

Hofstra runners Brendan Capodanno, Aiden Willey, Sameer Grewal, and Zachary Kohner ran in the 4x800m relay and finished 7th with a time of 9:11.89.

In the 4x400m relay Cade Jaipaul, Alec Padron, Greg Franzetti, and Vis Haripal finished with a time of 3:58.07 to place 7th.

Hofstra finished the team competition with 18 points, placing them eighth in the team standings. Northeastern runners scored 153 points to finish ahead of North Carolina A&T with 146 points, earning the Huskies their second consecutive CAA Indoor Track & Field Championship trophy.

The Hofstra men's track & field team are back in action at The Armory on March 2 at the Trials of Miles.
