Hempstead, NY – The Hofstra women's basketball team will hit the road to Lewisburg, Pennsylvania for its final non-conference road game of the season to take on Bucknell on Saturday, December 21.
Tip-off versus Bucknell is scheduled for 2 p.m. from Sojka Pavilion.

Hofstra suffered a 62-38 defeat at home to St. John's on Sunday, December 11.
Emma Von Essen led the Pride with 12 points against the Red Storm, and
Chloe Sterling and
Zyheima Swint each pulled down eight rebounds in the game.
Bucknell is 5-5 entering its game against Hofstra, its last game coming on December 10 in a 65-48 defeat at Duquesne. Ashley Sofilkanich leads the Bison in scoring with 18.7 points per game and in rebounding with 9.1 per contest.
Saturday marks the first meeting between Hofstra and Bucknell in women's basketball since December 3, 1999, an 87-74 win for the Pride in Hempstead. Hofstra leads the all-time series against Bucknell with a 13-9 record.
