Hofstra Wraps Non-Conference Schedule Tuesday At South Florida

Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra University men's soccer team, ranked No. 21 by the United Soccer Coaches and No. 18 by Top Drawer Soccer, is back in action Tuesday night at South Florida. Kickoff from Corbett Stadium is scheduled for 7 p.m. with the game being streamed on ESPN+. A live audio-only broadcast will be aired on the Hofstra Alternative Web Channel (HAWC) and live statistics will also be available. Links for all can be found above or on the men's soccer schedule page on GoHofstra.com. The game is Hofstra's final non-conference contest of the season.

Hofstra (9-3-2) plays its second non-conference game in a row after playing to a 1-1 draw at North Carolina State last Tuesday. Jacob Woznicki scored the equalizer off a pass from Teddy Baker late in the first half. South Florida enters the game with a record of 5-3-4 and is 5-1-2 at home. The Bulls posted a 1-0 victory over Memphis in their last game, this past Friday at Corbett Stadium.  

Tuesday's game will be the second meeting between the two schools. The Bulls posted a 4-2 win over the Pride in the first round of the 2022 NCAA Championship at Corbett Stadium.  

Following the game, Hofstra will remain on the road to play at Charleston on Saturday, October 26. This key Coastal Athletic Association matchup kicks off at 12 p.m.
