Bronx, NY - The Hofstra men's cross country team finished 18th at the 2023 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Championship on Friday afternoon from Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, New York.
Abraham Longosiwa led the Pride and finished the 10K race in 26th-place, with a personal best time of 30:15.0.
Zach Van Houten crossed the finish line at 30:17.9, with a 30th-place finish.
Daniel Torrillo ran the 10K course in 31:42.9 and had a 123rd-place finish.
Brian Beck finished in 184th-place in 32:50.8.
Jamie Cartnal ran the course in 33:17.8 and had a 206th-place finish, while
Aiden Willey came in at 34:45.2 with a 233rd-place finish.
Hofstra finished 18th of the 37 teams competing, while Iona took the team title with 40 points. Harvard followed with 57 points and Syracuse came in third with 97 points. Harvard's Graham Blanks took the individual title finishing in 29:31.6.
