BB: Hofstra Readies For NCAA Baseball Regional

Chapel Hill, NC - The Hofstra University baseball team had the opportunity to get in a practice at Boshamer Stadium today on the eve of the 2022 NCAA Baseball Championship Regional Thursday afternoon.

Hofstra's 75-minute workout in 95-degree heat allowed the Pride to get acclimated to the natural grass surface at Boshamer Stadium and get in several rounds of batting practice.

The Pride opens up play in the Chapel Hill Regional Friday at 2 p.m. against host and No. 10 national seed North Carolina. The game will be live streamed on ESPN+.
