Hempstead, NY - Hofstra wrestling looks to conclude the regular season on Saturday, February 13, when it travels to Vestal, New York for a tough match against Binghamton at 5 p.m. from the West Gym.

The match format will be that of a traditional dual meet, with 10 matches counting towards the team score. There will also be additional matches that will count towards the individual wrestler's record, but not the team score.
Hofstra returns to the mat after a busy period of competition. The Pride hosted Bloomsburg and Drexel on Saturday (Feb. 7) before heading to Connecticut for a dual meet against Sacred Heart on Tuesday (Feb. 9). On Saturday, Hofstra scored a 41-6 win over Bloomsburg and won six of 12 matches against Drexel, and the Pride took victory in 13 matches against Sacred Heart. Redshirt senior

Ranked No. 25 in the latest TrackWrestling Division I poll, Binghamton enters Saturday's match holding a 3-1 record in dual matches with wins over Rider, Long Island and Army West Point. The Bearcats welcome back a talented group of wrestlers, including returning EIWA-champion Lou DePrez at 184 pounds and NCAA Championship qualifier Zack Trampe at 141 pounds.
The Pride holds an all-time record of 11-8 against Binghamton. In the last meeting between these two schools, Hofstra emerged victorious in January 2020 in a 25-11 result from inside the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex.
