Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra University men's soccer team, owners of an 13-1-1 record and an 11-game unbeaten streak (10-0-1) made another jump in the the latest national rankings.

The Pride moved iup to No. 14 (from No. 19) in the United Soccer Coaches Poll. Tne No. 14 ranking matches the Pride's ranking from October 6, 2015, and is just one shy of Hofstra's best poll position, No. 13, on November 15, 2005. In the Top Drawer Soccer Top 25 Poll, the Pride came in at No. 15, moving up five spots from last week. In the College Soccer News Top 30 Poll, Hofstra is No. 18 after checking in at No. 28 last week..

In the latest NCAA RPI report, Hofstra is No. 8 and remains the top-rated Colonial Athletic Association team in the rankings.

In the United Soccer Coaches Regional Rankings, Hofstra remained in the top spot in the Atlantic Region Poll. The CAA has five teams ranked in the regional poll with Hofstra at No. 1, UNCW at No. 2, James Madison at No. 4, and Northeastern at No. 7.

Hofstra returns to action Saturday (Oct. 30) on the road at Elon. Kickoff s scheduled for 1 p.m.
