Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra University men's soccer team will face Northeastern Saturday night at Hofstra Soccer Stadium in a game that will determine the no. 3 seed for the upcoming Colonial Athletic Association Championship. A win or tie by the Pride will make them the three seed, while a loss will see Hofstra take the No. 4 seed. Kickoff is set for 7:05 p.m.
The game will also serve as Hofstra's Senior Night, with the Pride's nine seniors -

Jesse Schleeper,
Lennart Seufert, and Genarro Villardi - being recognized prior to the start of the game at 6:45 p.m.
Hofstra (7-6-2, 4-2-1 CAA) is unbeaten in its last four games (2-0-2) and is coming off a 2-2 draw against Binghamton this past Tuesday.
Matthew Vowinkel scored both goals for the Pride, giving him five in his last two contests, and
Alex Ashton had five saves in goal.
Northeastern (6-7-3, 3-2-2 CAA) is coming off a 2-1 loss against Yale this past Tuesday. The Huskies are 1-4 in their last five games. The Huskies do hold a 14-8-2 lead in the all-time series with Hofstra. The teams split last season with Northeastern winning at home, 3-0, during the regular season before the Pride posted a 1-0 victory in the CAA Quarterfinals.
