Hempstead, NY - The men's soccer game between Hofstra and Seton Hall scheduled for October 16 has been canceled due to weather and will not be made up. The teams warmed up for the 7 p.m. kickoff, but due to standing water on the field and a steady driving rain, the decision was made to call the game off. 

Hofstra will be back in action Saturday night at Wiiliiam & Mary.
