Boston, Mass. – The Hofstra Women's Basketball team will play its final game of the regular season at 2 p.m. on Saturday, taking on Northeastern at the Cabot Center.

The Pride (11-17, 5-12) fell to Elon on Sunday, 80-55. Junior
Boogie Brozoski had an impressive performance, posting 26 points, five assists and a season-high eight rebounds in the loss. Sophomore
Marianne Kalin also finished in double figures with 10 points.
Northeastern (15-13, 10-7 CAA) had a 2-0 weekend, topping the Pride before beating Charleston, 67-48. The Huskies sit in fifth place in the CAA standings heading into the last week of the regular season.
Hofstra and Northeastern met just over a week ago, with Northeastern taking a narrow 55-50 win in Hempstead. The Huskies took a 10-point lead into the final quarter, but Hofstra knotted the score with just over six minutes to go. Northeastern regained the lead and held on.
Aleana Leon led the Pride with 14 points, while Brozoski chipped in 13. Three Northeastern players finished in double figures, led by Claudia Ortiz's 13 points, with Gabby Giacone adding 12 and Stella Clark finishing with 10. The Huskies now lead the all-time series, 22-20.
After the matchup with Northeastern, Hofstra will head to Drexel for the CAA Tournament. The Pride will play an opening-round game on Wednesday with time and opponent to be determined.
