Second year on the Pride Wrestling roster…Came to Hofstra in 2012-13 after two seasons at Appalachian State…Is expected to challenge for the starting job at 157 pounds.

2012-13: Red-shirted…Wrestled unattached in 13 matches at both 157 and 165 pounds…Tallied a 7-6 record including a 4-2 mark at 157 and a 3-4 slate at 165…Was 4-2 with a win by fall at 157 pounds at the Virginia Tech Hokie Open in November…Posted a 2-2 slate at 165 pounds at the Mat Town Open in November…Recorded a 1-2 record at 165 in the Nittany Lion Open in December.

Appalachian State: Wrestled for two seasons at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina…Posted a record of 11-9 in 2011-12 as ASU captured the Southern Conference championship…Tallied a 3-7 mark as a freshman in 2010-11…

High School: Was a three-sport athlete at Roselle Park High School in Roselle Park, New Jersey…Tallied 120 wins during his four year wrestling career…All-New Jersey team after placing fifth in state championships as a senior…Selected Union County Wrestler of the Year…Four-time all-conference pick, three-time district champion, two-time county champion and once regional champion…Wrestled on three Group I sectional championship teams with the Panthers…Named Most Outstanding Wrestler as a freshman and a senior…Selected to the New Jersey vs. Pennsylvania Lions Classic All-Star Match…Team captain at Roselle Park…Also played football and tennis in high school…Four-time Class President at RPHS.
