First season on the Hofstra Wrestling roster…Transferred to Hofstra after two years at Ohio State University…NCAA All-American at 149 pounds as a Buckeye freshman in 2011-12.

At Ohio State
2012-13: Posted a 13-7 record at 149 lbs. for the Buckeyes of Ohio State as a sophomore…Recorded a 7-4 slate in dual matches and a 6-1 mark in the Big 10…Tallied three pins and two major decisions…Posted a 4-2 record with two pins to finish fourth at the Cliff Keen-Las Vegas Invitational…Went 2-1 with two pins at the University of Buffalo Invitational…Had a season-best four match winning streak in January...Was the fifth-seed in the Big 10 Championship but did not compete.

2011-12: NCAA All-American at Ohio State…Posted a 28-11 overall record including a 11-3 mark in duals and a 4-1 slate  in the Big Ten… Finished fourth at 149-lbs in the NCAA Championships in St. Louis… After losing the first match at nationals, won six consecutive matches in wrestlebacks, including a 5-4 win over No. 3 Cole Van Ohlen of Air Force…Dropped the third-place match to fourth-ranked Donnie Vinson from Binghamton, 12-10... Placed fifth at the Big Ten Championships…Lost both matches at the Big Ten championships by a combined two points, including a 3-2 defeat to Michigan's Eric Grajales in the fourth tie-breaker…Placed second at the Eastern Michigan Open ... Won six of eight final regular-season matches, including a win by fall over ninth-ranked Dylan Ness of Minnesota.

High School: Four-time Ohio High School State Champion from Monroeville (OH) High School… Finished career with 189-6 record… Became the third Monroeville wrestler to win four state titles…No. 1-ranked wrestler in the country at 140 pounds as a senior after a 52-1 season... Won his fourth Ohio High School state title in 2011 at 140-lbs. ... won titles at 112, 125 and 140 pounds ... Posted a 53-0 record during his junior campaign to help Monroeville win the state team title ... Placed second at the Walsh Ironman tournament (140 pounds) before winning during junior season ... 2009 Junior Nationals Champion and was named to all-tournament team and helped Team Ohio to first-place finish ... 2010 ASICS All-America honorable mention ... 2011 winner of Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award for the State of Ohio.
