1) Why did you choose to come to Hofstra University?
I chose Hofstra because I fell in love with the coaches, team, basketball program, school, and overall atmosphere of the community.
2) What kind of legacy do you wish to leave behind at Hofstra University?
I want to leave a legacy of being not the best, but the best I can be. I want to be remembered for hard work, intensity, strength, courage, determination, and pride on and off the court.
3) What is your greatest sports memory?
My greatest sports memory would have to be when Derek Fisher was on the Los Angeles Lakers and he made the game-winning shot with .4 seconds to go.
4) What career do you hope to have when your basketball career is over? Why?
I would love to still be involved with sports when my basketball career is over. I am very interested in communications and sports broadcasting.
5) What advice would you give to a younger player just learning the game?
The best advice I could give to a younger player is to never leave any practice, workouts, or game with any regrets. Always give it your best and work to your full potential. When you're not doing something, there is always someone else working harder for the same goal. Also to have fun and really enjoy what you do.
6) What player did you pretend to be growing up? Why?
When I first started playing basketball, and even to some degree today, I have pretended to be like my sister. She is an amazing point guard who I have idolized since day one of me being on the court. She is one of the main reasons I play basketball.
7) Finish these sentences:
I HAVE an amazing team of coaches and players.
I WANT to have the best season ever and go to the NCAA tournament.
I WILL give 114% to make sure all our team's dreams and goals come true.
I CANNOT wait for this season to begin!
I LOVE my family, friends, coaches, team, and Hofstra University.
