Hempstead, NY - Hofstra Athletics will host the premiere of CHASING MARCH on Tuesday, August 25, at the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex, celebrating the debut of a documentary chronicling the Pride's unforgettable 2025-26 men's basketball season.

The approximately one-hour documentary takes fans behind the scenes of one of the most memorable seasons in program history, following Hofstra's journey to the Coastal Athletic Association Championship, its return to the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship, and the people, moments, and experiences that defined the championship campaign.

"Our season ticket holders and Pride Club members are among the most dedicated supporters of Hofstra Athletics," said Hofstra Vice President and Director of Athletics Rick Cole Jr. "Hosting this premiere is a way to thank them for their commitment to our men's basketball program while celebrating one of the greatest seasons in school history. We are excited to share this incredible story with them before the documentary is released publicly."

The exclusive event is open to Hofstra men's basketball season ticket holders and Hofstra Athletics Pride Club members. Those interested in attending should RSVP.

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with light refreshments, giveaways, photo opportunities, and an opportunity to mingle with fellow Pride supporters. At 7 p.m., the program will begin with brief remarks from Vice President and Director of Athletics Rick Cole Jr., Head Men's Basketball Coach Speedy Claxton, and men's basketball student-athlete Joshua DeCady before the screening of the documentary.

Following the screening, attendees will have another opportunity to mingle with members of the Hofstra men's basketball program before the conclusion of the evening.
