Easton, PA - Hofstra placed 10th at the ABARTA Coca-Cola Collegiate Invitational Monday at Northampton Country Club in Easton, Pennsylvania. The Pride had a two-round total of 601 (+25) with rounds of 301 (+13) and 300 (+12).
Joseph Wong was the Pride's top finisher, tying for 14th out of the 98-player field at 147 (+3). He shot rounds of 71 (-1) and 76 (+4).
Gavin Clarke shot rounds of 76 (+4) and 72 (E) to tie for 18th place at 148 (+4).
Hank Kancher tied for 48th at 153 (+9) with scores of 77 (+5) and 76 (+4).
Charlie Ferrise tied for 71st at 156 (+12), following rounds of 80 (+8) and 76 (+4).
Eugene Kang tied for 81st at 158 (+14) with scores of 77 (+5) and 81 (+9).
Lafayette was the team champion at 580 (+4), followed by Towson at 581 (+5). Drexel's John Stevenson was the individual medalist at 140 (-4).
Hofstra returns to action on Saturday, April 18 for Columbia University's Roar-EE Invitational in Kingston, New York.
