Berlin, MD - Gavin Clarke leads the Pride heading into the second round of the Battle at Rum Pointe at the Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links in Berlin, Maryland. Clarke sits tied for 14th place after the first 18 holes on Friday with a first round 73 (+1). As a team, Hofstra sits tied with Fordham for 10th place out of the 16-team field at 303 (+15).

Iona and Fairfield are tied for first following a first round 287 (-1), while Monmouth, Dartmouth, and Colgate round out the top-five. Monmouth's Patrick Scenna and Fairfield's Rasmus Ditzinger are tied for first individually following a first round 68 (-4). 

After Clarke, Joseph Wong tied for 28th place with a first round 74 (+2). Hank Kancher is tied for 46th at 76 (+4), Charlie Ferrise and Taishi Shigaki are tied for 79th at 80 (+8), and Eugene Kang is tied for 93rd place out of the 98-competitor field at 83 (+11). 

The second and final round of the Battle at Rum Pointe begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, from the Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links in Berlin, Maryland.
