Matthew Ragovin announced today that juniors
Natalie Moody and
Kaylie Porter will serve as team captains for the Pride during the 2026 season.
"Natalie and Kaylie have earned the role of team captain through their leadership and positive example for the team," said Ragovin. "They both embody what our program and Hofstra Athletics is all about — being champions both on and off the field of play."
A junior from Massapequa, New York, Moody has played nine rounds in six events in her first two collegiate seasons. She has been named to the CAA Commissioner's and Hofstra Athletic Director Scholars Academic Honor Rolls multiple times throughout her academic career at Hofstra.
Porter, a junior from Greensboro, North Carolina, has played 16 rounds in nine events in her first two collegiate seasons and has averaged 85.75 strokes per round. She has been named to the CAA Commissioner's and Hofstra Athletic Director Scholars Academic Honor Rolls on multiple occasions during her time with the Pride.Â
