Hempstead, NY - Hofstra redshirt sophomore Nikki Mennella continued her tremendous season as today she was named the CAA Offensive Player of the Week for the fourth time in 2025. 

Mennella previously earned the award on March 10, February 24, and February 17. It is the most conference player of the week awards in a single season by a Hofstra player since Alyssa Parrella earned CAA Player of the Week honors five times in 2019. 

The incredible season for Mennella continued on Saturday as she was amazing in the Pride's huge come-from-behind 12-11 win over Campbell. 

Mennella posted nine points on six goals and three assists, while also adding four ground balls and a caused turnover. She scored her six goals on just seven shots. 

Mennella scored or assisted on four of the Pride's final five goals in the game and five of the seven goals in the second half. 

The six goals tie Mennella's career-high (this marked the fifth time she has achieved that), and it was the fourth time this season that Mennella has remarkably scored at least nine points in a game. 

The hat trick was her ninth this season and 19th of her career.
