Hempstead, NY – The Hofstra women's basketball team will close out its 2024-25 regular season slate on Saturday, March 8, with a home contest against Northeastern.

Tip-off against the Huskies is scheduled for 2 p.m. from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex. Prior to the game, at approximately 1:40 p.m., the Hofstra women's basketball program will honor its three departing seniors – Janaia Fargo, Ramatoulaye Keita, and Zyheima Swint.

In addition to Senior Day, Saturday is National Girls and Women in Sports Day, and Hofstra will be hosting a 30-minute clinic in the Hofstra basketball practice gym, followed by a panel with influential women from the Long Island area. One panelist will be receiving the prestigious Cindy Lewis Trailblazer Award. Additionally, Hofstra athletics will be giving out Hofstra sixth-player jerseys prior to the start of Saturday's game.
