Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team will close the regular season on Saturday when the Pride hosts North Carolina A&T. The game is being presented by Northwell Health. As part of the Northwell Health game sponsorship, all employees of Northwell are eligible for discounted $10 tickets.
Tip-off from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex is scheduled for 2 p.m. Prior to the game, at approximately 1:40 p.m., the program will honor its three seniors (
TJ Gadsden,
Michael Graham, and
German Plotnikov).
There will be a free Hofstra basketball replica jersey giveaway to the first 1,000 fans in attendance.
It is also Boy Scout Day and there will be a pregame clinic for Boy Scouts and youth athletes in grades six and younger. In addition, a Hofstra Pride patch will be given out to all Boy Scouts in attendance.

Hofstra is 13-17 and 5-12 in league play after dropping a 59-56 contest at Stony Brook on Thursday evening.
Jean Aranguren had 17 points, eight rebounds, and four assists in the game for the Pride, while
German Plotnikov added 13 points and seven rebounds and
Cruz Davis chipped in with 11 points.
North Carolina A&T is 7-23 and 3-14 in the CAA. The Aggies lost, 69-55, at Northeastern on Thursday. Nikolaos Chitkoudis had 19 points and 15 rebounds in the game, while Bryson Olgetree added 13.
Saturday will be the fourth-ever meeting between Hofstra and North Carolina A&T in men's basketball. The Pride leads the series, 2-1. The first-ever meeting occurred during the 2018-19 campaign and the other two encounters have both been conference games. The last meeting was an 81-49 Pride win in Greensboro on February 10, 2024.
