Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team will head on the road for the third time in its first four games when the Pride travels to Bucknell for a Friday contest.
Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. from Sojka Pavilion in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
The game will air on ESPN+. WRHU will have an audio-only broadcast on the HAWC. Links to both, as well as the live statistics, can be found on this page and on the men's basketball schedule page on GoHofstra.com.
Hofstra is 1-2 this season and most recently earned a 95-61 win over Molloy in the Pride's home opener on Monday.
Cruz Davis led five players in double figures with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists. Davis and
Victory Onuetu both had double-doubles with Onuetu contributing 10 points and 12 rebounds.
Bucknell is 2-1 so far with its most recent contest being a 73-63 road loss at Princeton on Tuesday. Amon Dorries had 12 points and seven rebounds, while Achile Spadone added 10 points and seven rebounds for the Bison.
This will be the 32nd all-time meeting between Hofstra and Bucknell with the Bison holding a 20-11 lead in the series that began in the 1955-56 season. The teams last met on December 4, 2021, with the Pride capturing an 88-69 victory. Hofstra won the first-ever meeting by the score of 88-62.
