Chase Patterson garnered CAA Offensive Player of the Week honors, it was announced by the conference office this afternoon.
It was a special week for Patterson as he helped the Pride to a 1-1 week, including a narrow loss to #9 Yale.
Patterson opened the week with three points, 19 ground balls, and 23-30 on face-offs in the battle against the Bulldogs on Tuesday. The ground ball and point totals were both new career-highs, while the face-off wins tied his previous career-best. Patterson had a goal and two assists in the game.
Patterson also went over 500 career face-off wins in the contest.
On Saturday in the win over Hampton he added an assist along with 8-9 on face-offs and five ground balls.
For the week he had four points on a goal and three assists, along with 24 ground balls and 31-39 on face-offs.
