For ticket information visit HofstraTickets.com, call (516) HOF-TIXX, or visit the Hofstra Athletics Ticket Office in the lobby of the Mack Sports Complex during normal business hours.
The game will air on FloCollege and WRHU will have an audio-only broadcast available on the HAWC. Links to both, as well as the live statistics, can be found on this page and on the men's basketball schedule page at GoHofstra.com.
Hofstra won 20 games last season, posting a 20-13 overall record. It was the program's 12th 20-win season since joining the CAA in 2001-02, the fifth in the last six seasons, and the third consecutive for Head Coach
Speedy Claxton.
Claxton recruited another outstanding group of student-athletes and his well-rounded roster will look to put together another strong season.
The Pride returns several talented returnees who saw significant action last season, including starter
German Plotnikov. In total six players from last season return for the 2024-25 campaign. In addition, Claxton and his staff added six transfers and a pair of freshmen to the roster as Hofstra looks to continue the winning formula that has defined the program under Claxton's watch.
Hofstra is 2-0 all-time against SUNY Old Westbury. The Pride defeated the Panthers, 68-50, during the 2008-09 season and then earned a 96-48 win in 2022-23.
