Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's lacrosse team will travel south for its next contest as the Pride will face Elon on Saturday afternoon.
Opening draw control from North Carolina is scheduled for 12 p.m.

Hofstra is 3-10 and 0-4 in Colonial Athletic Association play. The Pride dropped a 13-10 decision at home to Delaware last Saturday. Hofstra got a pair of strong performances in the game as
Taylor Mennella posted eight points on five goals and three assists, while
Luchianna Cardello tallied 14 saves.
Elon is 4-9 overall and also 0-4 in conference action. The Phoenix lost 12-5 on the road to Drexel this past Friday. Catherine Merritt posted two goals for Elon in the game, while Caitlin Walsh had nine saves.
Saturday will be the seventh all-time meeting between Hofstra and Elon in women's lacrosse with the series tied at three. The Pride has won the last two meetings, in 2022 and 2019. Last year Hofstra earned an 18-12 victory in Hempstead.
