Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's lacrosse team will continue its season-opening three-game road swing when it takes on Army West Point on Saturday.
First draw control is scheduled for 12 p.m. from Michie Stadium.

Hofstra got its season started with a solid 8-5 win over Long Island on February 12. Junior
Taylor Mennella had three goals to lead the way, while graduate student
Shannon Boyle posted six draw controls and a pair of ground balls in the win. Junior
Katie Kelly added two goals in the contest. Senior
Jess Smith made 11 saves in net to assist in the winning effort.
Army West Point is 0-2 to start the season and most recently dropped a 16-9 decision to #17 Rutgers on Wednesday.
Hofstra leads the all-time series with Army West Point, 6-2. The teams have not met since an 11-7 Pride win in 2007.
