Bronx, NY – The Hofstra men's cross country team finished 27th at the 2022 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Championship on Friday afternoon from Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, New York.
Abraham Longosiwa crossed the finish line first among Hofstra runners in the 10K race, placing 33rd with a time of 30:24.6.
Paul Markovina finished 151st with a time of 32:43.5, while
Aiden Willey finished 182nd with a time of 33:42.1, Brian Beck finished 187th with a time of 33:57.2, and
Zachary Kohner finished 227th with a time of 52:05.3.
The Pride finished the afternoon with 758 team points to finish 27th, placing them five points ahead of 28th-place Brown and 29 points behind Wagner in 26th. Syracuse won the team competition with 65 total points, and Graham Blanks of Harvard took home first place in the individual race with a time of 29:14.1.
