Djuna Slort and 
Cami Larsson will be teammates on the National Team of The Netherlands in the 15th European Maccabi Games that begin on Tuesday, July 30 in Budapest, Hungary.
Slort, a native of Amstelveen, The Netherlands, and Larsson, a native of Cordoba, Argentina, each started all 18 games for the Hofstra Pride in 2018. Larsson led the team in goals, with seven, and points with 19 and added five assists. Slort was tied for third on the team in points with seven on three goals and one assist.
The European Maccabi Games are held every four years, two years after the Maccabiah is held. European delegations send their best Jewish sportsmen and women to compete. The 2019 European Maccabi Games (EMG) will take place in Budapest from July 29 through August 7. 
Approximately 2,100 athletes from 40 different nations will compete in a total of 19 disciplines at the European Maccabi Games. Prague hosted the first ever European Maccabi Games in 1929, followed by Antwerp a year later. After a 30-year hiatus, the Jewish games finally returned to European soil as Copenhagen hosted the 1959 competition.
