Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra Men's Basketball team will face a stern test on Saturday when it puts its 13-game win streak on the line against defending Colonial Athletic Association champion Charleston.
Tip-off from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex is slated for 4 p.m.

Hofstra moved to 16-3 overall and 6-0 in CAA play with an 87-72 win over UNCW on Thursday evening. Junior
Eli Pemberton led Hofstra in scoring for the first time this season with 24 points as the Pride used a dominating second half to pull away from the Seahawks.
Pemberton is the Pride's second-leading scorer this season at 14.6 points per game and is also second on the squad in rebounding at 4.6 caroms per outing. Senior
Justin Wright-Foreman is the team leader in scoring with 26.5 points per game, while senior
Desure Buie has dished out a team-best 5.2 assists per game this season to go along with 9.6 points per game. Graduate student
Jacquil Taylor pulls down eight rebounds per outing and also contributes 6.5 points per contest.
Charleston will bring a 14-5 overall record and a 3-3 CAA mark into Saturday's encounter after dropping a 69-60 decision at Northeastern on Thursday. Grant Riller led the Cougars with 17 points against the Huskies, while Jarrell Brantley posted 13 points for Charleston. Riller is tops on CofC with 21.7 points per game and Brantley is second in scoring at 18.9 per contest and tops in rebounding with 7.8 per game.
Hofstra is 4-6 all-time against Charleston with all 10 previous meetings occurring since the Cougars joined the CAA in 2013-14. Charleston has won four straight in the series and five of the last six meetings after Hofstra opened the series by winning three of the first four meetings.
