Newark, DE – The Hofstra Men's Basketball team will take on Delaware on Saturday in a game that will be televised nationally by the NBC Sports Network.
Tip-off from the Bob Carpenter Center is scheduled for 5 p.m.

Hofstra improved to 17-8 and 9-4 in league play with an 86-80 win at William & Mary on Thursday. Delaware is 6-18 and 1-12 in Colonial Athletic Association play after earning a 69-60 victory over Drexel on Thursday.
One of Hofstra's oldest rivals, the Pride and the Blue Hens will be meeting for the 83rd time on Saturday with Hofstra holding a 51-31 advantage in the series. The first-ever meeting occurred during the 1954-55 campaign with Hofstra earning a 64-59 victory. Hofstra won both meetings a season ago and three straight overall, but prior to that, the Blue Hens won eight straight in the series. Coach Mihalich is 3-4 all-time against Delaware as a head coach.
Hofstra will return home for a pair of games after the contest against Delaware. The Pride will host Towson on February 18 before taking on Northeastern on February 21. The game against the Huskies will also air nationally on NBC Sports Network.
