In addition to its three-game win streak, Hofstra (9-5, 1-0 CAA) has also won seven of its last nine games dating back to its final game at the Gulf Coast Showcase on November 23.
The Pride is coming off a narrow 58-56 win over Delaware in its CAA opener on Saturday. Junior
Ty Greer led the way with 17 points and added seven rebounds. Hofstra played without the services of senior
Brian Bernardi, who missed the game due to illness. Sophomore
Justin Wright-Foreman added 15 points and freshman
Eli Pemberton chipped in with 11 in the win. Junior
Rokas Gustys tallied a team-high 11 rebounds in the game.
Pemberton continues to lead Hofstra in scoring with 14.2 points per game, while Gustys is tops on the team with 13.4 rebounds per game. Senior

William & Mary (6-6, 0-1 CAA) is coming off an 84-64 road loss at Northeastern on Saturday in its conference lid-lifter.
Daniel Dixon ranks first on the Tribe with 14.6 points per game, Jack Whitman is first with 6.6 rebounds per outing and David Cohn is tops on the team with 4.7 assists per contest.
In a series that began when Hofstra joined the Colonial Athletic Association beginning with the 2001-02 campaign, the Pride hold a 17-11 lead over the Tribe in the series. William & Mary won all three games in 2014-15, including the epic double-overtime game in the CAA semifinals but Hofstra returned the favor last season with three victories against the Tribe. Hofstra has won four of the last five meetings in Hempstead.
