ATH: WRHU To Air Hofstra Basketball Preview Show Tonight

Hempstead, N.Y. – WRHU, Radio Hofstra University (88.7 FM), will host the annual Hofstra Basketball Preview Show from 6 p.m. to midnight tonight.

WRHU, named the top college radio station in the United States by The Princeton Review and a recipient of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Marconi Radio Award as the top non-commercial radio station in the country, is the official home for Hofstra sports.

The preview show can be heard worldwide via WRHU.org, the WRHU app and locally on 88.7 FM. Free live audio of the show is also available via Pride Productions.

The six-hour program will start with an interview with Hofstra University Vice President and Director of Athletics Jeffrey A. Hathaway. The 7-9 p.m. segment will feature interviews with Hofstra Men's Basketball players and coaches, including Head Coach Joe Mihalich and his staff and players such as Juan'ya Green, Ameen Tanksley, Brian Bernardi and Rokas Gustys.

From 9-11 p.m., the Hofstra Women's Basketball team will be featured. Interviews with Head Coach Krista Kilburn-Steveskey and players Kelly Loftus, Ashunae Durant, Krystal Luciano and Anjie White will highlight the segment. The program's final hour will feature analysis and predictions from the WRHU staff on the upcoming 2015-16 campaign.
