Hofstra freshman Mary Sullivan captured her fourth individual title to lead the Pride to the team championship at the 4,000-meter Big Obowski Invitational at Sherwood Island State Park Saturday.

Sullivan posted a time of 14:57 to top senior teammate Maggie DeVito by 1:46. Pride freshman Cat Brewer placed third in 16:44, while sophomore Amanda Edell was fourth, milliseconds behind Brewer and sophomore Kaity McCabe was sixth in 16:57.

Hofstra freshman Melissa MacAlister was 15th in 17:51, classmate Val Steen finished 20th in 18:06, and sophomore Jennifer Schwiep placed 24th in 18:27. Sophomore Teagan Hallahan was 29th in 19:40, freshman Veronica Bleza clocked a time of 19:42 to place 31st and junior Rachel Siegel was 34th in 20:35
