ESPN, the worldwide leader in sports, will provide unprecedented coverage of the 2005 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships at the Savvis Center in St. Louis, Missouri this week. Through its flagship channel, their newest channel ESPNU, and their interactive, internet site ESPN360.com, ESPN will cover the Championships from the first round Thursday at noon right through to the finals Saturday (March 19) night.
ESPNU will televise quarterfinal and consolation competition on Friday, March 18 at 11 a.m. and will re-air that coverage at 2 p.m., and semifinal coverage live at 7 p.m. ESPN will televise the championship matches on Saturday, March 19 at 5 p.m.
ESPN360.com, which is an always-on application that provides sports content directly to your computer, including live sportscasts, on-demand video, interactive games, event coverage, news analysis and more, will provide same day highlights at noon and 7:30 p.m. on March 17, and 11 a.m. on March 18.
