High School: Was a four-year member of the baseball team at Holy Spirit High School in Absecon, New Jersey…Missed his senior season due to injury…Received Coach’s Award…Earned first team All-Cape-Atlantic League accolades as a junior after posting an 8-2 record, a 1.49 ERA and a school record 93 strikeouts…Pitched a no-hitter and back-to-back one-hitters…Also named to the All-South Jersey first team as well…Was a three-time Under Armour Preseason All-America selection…Helped Holy Spirit to a state and South Jersey championship as a sophomore, going 2-0 in the state tournament with a 0.58 ERA…Personal: Has one sister…Hobbies include going to the beach and golfing…Names Noah Syndergaard, Max Scherzer and LeBron James as his favorite athletes…Lists Interstellar as his favorite book…Also recruited by St. John’s, Northeastern, George Washington, Dartmouth, James Madison and East Carolina…Plans to pursue a career in sports broadcasting…Undecided major.
